Common faults of cone crushers and their maintenance methods:

Abnormal device temperature:

The oil pressure and oil temperature are high: it may be necessary to clear the oil line or adjust the gap between the spindle and the sm copper sleeve.

Low oil pressure and high oil temperature: Check the oil pump for wear and replace it if necessary.

Normal oil pressure and high oil temperature: It may be due to insufficient lubrication oil supply. It is necessary to check whether the main relief valve is damaged or whether the setting value is low. It may need to be replaced or adjusted.

The oil pressure is normal and the oil temperature is low: It may be due to insufficient heating oil that the oil pump needs to be inspected and the safety valve adjusted.

The temperature of the horizontal axis is high: it may be that the V-belt is too tight and the tension needs to be adjusted; it may also be that the fit between the shaft and the sleeve is improper or the oil groove is inst ed incorrectly. The fit clearance needs to be checked and the oil groove inst ation position needs to be corrected.

Impurities entering the oil:

There is sediment in the oil: it is necessary to s* the machine for maintenance, check whether the dust cover is open, confirm that the dust ring is intact, replace with new oil, and then reseal.

There is water in the oil: You may need to check the cooler and adjust the cooling water pressure. The water pressure should be lower than the oil pressure. If the problem persists, the cooler may need to be repaired or replaced.

There is oil in the oil: It may be because the oil pump is not operating properly. It is necessary to heat the oil, turn on the oil switch, and repair or replace the oil pump.

Abnormal body vibration:

The machine body often vibrates: it may be related to the feeding. It is necessary to adjust the feeding to be even and stable, and adjust the discharge port gap according to the moisture content of the ore.

Strong vibration: It may be that the foundation is not strong and needs reinforcement or secondary grouting; it may also be that poor lubrication causes the main shaft to be tightly wrapped by the bushing, and the oil pump and oil circuit need to be overhauled.

Abnormal running sound:

The sound of the drive shaft is abnormal: the gear may be worn or damaged, and the machine needs to be shut down to replace the gear and make the meshing clearance meet the requirements.

There is a cracking sound during operation: it may be that the lining plate is loose. It is necessary to s* the machine to check the tightness of the screws and the degree of zinc layer peeling, and make corresponding adjustments.
