How to adjust the discharge particle size of impact crusher

　　1, adjust the speed of the rotor

　　The size adjustment method of the discharge port of impact crusher mainly relies on the impact force generated by high-speed rotation of the rotor to realize the mechanical crushing of the material to be processed into the crushing chamber. Therefore, the particle size of the material can be controlled by adjusting the speed of the rotor.

　　2. Adjust the gap between the counterattack plate and the plate hammer

　　By adjusting the gap between the impact plate and the hammer of the impact crusher, the impact times of the material can be changed, so as to realize the adjustment of the particle size of the material. The method of clearance adjustment will be different according to the type of different equipment, which is mainly divided into two adjustment methods:

　　(1) Hydraulic adjustment

　　The equipment equipped with hydraulic devices can easily adjust this action by operating a button or remote control system. The main shaft is located on the plunger in the hydraulic cylinder. Changing the hydraulic oil volume under the plunger can change the upper and lower position of the crushing cone, so as to change the size of the discharge port.

　　(2) Mechanical adjustment

　　The impact crusher is provided with adjusting nut above the main shaft of the equipment, the operation of adjusting nut, the crushing cone is enough or rising, and the feeding mouth becomes larger or sm er.
