The reason why the machine body vibrates violently when the sand making machine is working

　　1. The wearing parts of the impeller are seriously worn, causing the internal operation of the sand making machine to be unstable

　　2. If the feeding particle size is too large, the equipment will swing; if the feeding particle size is too sm , the crushing will be insufficient.

　　3. Blockages appear in the impeller flow channel, resulting in uneven feeding and excessive swing of the body

Solution: replace the wearing parts of the impeller to make the impeller inside the sand making machine reach a balanced state; adjust and control the particle size of the incoming and outgoing materials; s* the machine for inspection, and remove the blockage on the impeller channel.
